These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Director ERP cloud service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account and organizations you administer.

2. Subscription and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. Failure to renew may place your organization in read-only mode until payment is completed.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data, interfere with system integrity, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Data and availability

We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable basis. You retain ownership of your business data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment after notice where practicable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
